BeFlurt.com takes pride in providing fast and reliable service.  We make sure all orders are carefully packaged to protect the products during transit.  All orders placed on BeFlurt.com by 1 PM PST are processed the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping - Cosmetic Products and Dresses


We currently offer shipping services via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our customers. Actual shipping rates may vary based on distance and weight. We estimate the following delivery rates and times, depending on which shipping option you choose when placing your order:

Canada and International Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We gladly accept orders from customers worldwide. The actual shipping rate and delivery times will vary by order, based on destination, distance and weight. The following is the estimated delivery information for international orders:

We highly recommend selecting Express Shipping for your order, as this is the only option that offers tracking and up to $500 in insurance coverage for lost or damaged articles.   While Standard Shipping is a cost-friendlier option, this service does not provide tracking or insurance.  Please choose accordingly based on your own experience with your local postal service.

For All International Orders, please note that international shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. BeFlurt.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes you may incur in your country’s customs department. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.

Military APO/FPO and U.S. Territories
We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories via USPS Priority Mail.



Shipping - Fragrance and Haircare Products

All fragrances/haircare products are packaged and shipped separately from our cosmetic products at no extra cost to you.  Please be advised that if you ordered a combination of cosmetics and fragance/haircare products, you should expect a separate package for each.

U.S. Domestic orders
It typically takes 7-14 business days for haircare products, perfumes and colognes to be shipped to our customers. All orders are shipped via trackable shipping carriers such as DHL and UPS. We will send you a tracking number once the order has been shipped. However, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.

International orders
It typically takes 14-21 business days for haircare products, perfumes and colognes to be shipped to our international customers. Please note that international shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. BeFlurt.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes you might incur in your country’s customs department. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.

All orders are checked for quality assurance before shipping.  We screen all products to ensure that they are not damaged or defective.  We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for cosmetic products.  All sales are final for Fragrance and Haircare products – please choose your selections carefully.

Returns - Cosmetics

U.S. Customers
We accept returns for unopened, unused and untested cosmetic products within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in its original packaging with original packing slip.
NOTE: lip products (i.e. lipstick, lipgloss, lipliner) are not eligible for return. We will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, if your return is received in proper condition within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns after this time period will not be accepted. Please note that the amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.

Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items. Please make sure to include all of your information, including your e-mail address and order number.

International Customers

Otherwise, your return will not be accepted, and we will send it back to you and apply the additional shipping fee.  Please note that the amount refunded for returned items exclude original shipping charges and discounts/coupons.

Exchange Policy



Exchange - Cosmetics

 

Beflurt.com offers exchange for unopened, unused and untested cosmetic products within 14 days of the purchase date. Exchanges after this time period will not be accepted. All exchange items must be returned to us in its original packaging with original packing slip. Please contact us by mail info@beflurt.com for detailed exchange instructions.  

 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for payment of any cost difference for the item, if applicable, as well as any additional shipping charges. A flat fee of $5 will be applied to all cosmetics exchanged within the United States. We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

 

If for some reason you feel that you received a defective, damaged or incorrectly sent item, you may send it back to us within 7 days from the delivery date of the package, and we will exchange it with a new item. In such cases, return postage will be reimbursed. If you do not wish to exchange, the normal return policy will be applied.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all dresses exchanged within the United States. We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

Refund Processing - All products

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
